Use This Exercise:


  1. To uncover the historic reasons for why you feel so bad about things that are occurring today, heal them, and emerge from the experience stronger and more capable of facing your challenges honestly and effectively.
  2. To forgive both yourself and those who have hurt you in the past so that you no longer need to live from your rage and shame as you interact with injustice that you see, experience, and even inadvertently participate in today.
  3. To get in touch with your future self, higher self, or ideal self, and to bring the integrity and wholeness that person has into your present interactions with challenges and conflict.
